Palms Vegas Pool: Cool Off At The Hottest Pool Off The Strip

Palms Vegas Pool

The Palms is the hippest and most cutting edge resort in Vegas, and their Palms Vegas pool is no exception. The Palms Las Vegas pool area can accommodate 3,000 of the best looking and most in the know patrons in Vegas as they swim, sunbathe, and sip on delicious cocktails and listen to hot DJs spin. The bars are, of course, unique and cool, including The Glass Bar, which is actually located underneath a glass bottomed deck pool and The Waterfall bar, which is hidden away behind a 12 foot waterfall. The Cabanas also fit in with the one of a kind Palms aesthetic, as the “Cave” cabans look like they've been cut out from the Earth and boast stone-work on the outer walls while the “Candle” cabanas have tops that illuminate as the sky darkens. Of course, each private cabana features a 32 inch LCD TV, a house phone, a fan, a refrigerator, a safe, and furniture for maximum chilling. For those who want to stay by the pool during their entire trip, guests can check into one of the two story Palms Las Vegas pool bungalows, which feature two outdoor decks, a jacuzzi, a 42 inch plasma screen with a DVD player, a stereo, king beds, and a fully stocked private bar... and all three of the bungalows have great views of the Palms Vegas Pool stage, where big acts like Ludacris, and Flava Flav have performed at the pool's Thursday night concert series.

The Palms Las Vegas pool is perfect for relaxing, but it's also a great spot to party like a rock star. The pool area transforms into the hottest “day-life” hot spot in Sin City on Fridays, when the popular “Ditch Fridays” party gives Vegas locals and visitors a compelling reason to call in sick at work. Ditch Fridays features the best crowd in Vegas, with the legendary DJ Jazzy Jeff spinning as the day-club's resident DJ. But if Will Smith's former partner in crime isn't spinning, revelers might have the chance to see Jersey Shore's DJ Pauly D bring his own unique skills to the turntable. If the packed house that Ditch Fridays draws isn't you thing, The Palms Vegas Pool also throws a much more low-key and free Sunday pool party that promises “no cover, no lines, no hassles...” which sounds like a good excuse to stick around in Vegas for a Sunday afternoon in the sun, doesn't it?

Whatever experience you're looking for, whether it be a relaxing sunbathing session, a dip in a glass-bottomed pool, or a hot day-life dance party, The Palms Vegas pool area can provide it for you... and provide it in the inimitable style that has earned them their reputation as the coolest resort in Las Vegas.
