Luxor Hotel Las Vegas
The Luxor hotel Las Vegas is an Ancient Egyptian themed resort on the strip. The first thing that you will notice is the building's completely unique design. It is a giant hollowed out pyramid. The Luxor pyramid has a giant spotlight that points straight up. They claim that this is the brightest beam in the world, and can be seen from outer space. Once inside, you will see that the casino and hotel is all in one large atrium. This is the largest atrium in the world. The architecture of this building is simply amazing. You can actually stay in the pyramid as hotel rooms make up the top part of the pyramid. The elevators actually go up at a 39 degree angle, taking guests to their suites and rooms. 
The rooms here are quite nice. Guests have the option of staying in the pyramid, or the tower next to the pyramid. Both of which have really nice rooms. We were quite impressed with them. Also, the price for rooms at the Luxor in Las Vegas is generally a little cheaper than your average resort.The Luxor hotel Las Vegas has a lot of options when it comes to entertainment. Their topless show Fantasy is really good. It features girls dancing in different seductive places, and the choreography is awesome. The show also features comedy and singing. You can also visit Chris Angel Believe by Cirque du Soleil, Menopause the Musical, and Carrot Top here at the Luxor. For those of you that are looking for a place to party, check out LAX. It's the nightclub in the Luxor. It has been gaining popularity, and is worth looking into. The Luxor in Las Vegas also has a couple of exhibits. One exhibit is called Bodies. Here you will find real organs and full bodies that give you an insight of the human form. Also, there is another exhibit called Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition. This features numerous items and artifacts from the Titanic. You can also visit the Luxor pool. It is a pretty neat pool, with a unique Egyptian theme. You can get VIP seating, rent daybeds, or you can rent a cabana at the Luxor pool which includes things like a flat screen TV, a small dining table, and a refrigerator stocked with drinks. 
MORE is the Luxor buffet. This really is one of the best buffets in Las Vegas. There is a wide variety of foods to choose from, including a 30-foot long salad bar, two carving stations, two omelet stations, and an elaborate desert bar. If you are a buffet junkie, definitely check out the buffet at Luxor.The Luxor hotel Las Vegas has more dining options available including, Tender Steak & Seafood, Company Kitchen and Pub House, a food court, or you can create your own burger at the Burger Bar. There is also a Mexican restaurant called T&T, or you could check out CatHouse which is a restaurant and nightlife venue that features a lounge. Overall, the Luxor in Las Vegas is a very unique resort. It has a lot to offer, and if you like the Egyptian look and feel, you'll love this place. It's not as luxurious as some of the other hotels on the strip, but you definitely won't be disappointed. Also, it is located at the end of the strip, and isn't within comfortable walking distance to a lot of the other hotels, so you'll need to take a cab if you plan on going to a lot of other places. The free tram between the Luxor, Mandalay Bay, and Excalibur does help a little though. They also have very fair room rates. All in all, the Luxor hotel Las Vegas is certainly worth a visit.
