Paris Hotel Las Vegas Restaurant Reviews and Buffet Review

Paris hotel Las Vegas offers a variety of restaurants. The following are Las Vegas restaurant reviews and Las Vegas buffet reviews of those that we have visited.
Eiffel Tower Restaurant
The Eiffel Tower Restaurant is located on the 11th floor of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Chef J. Joho's French cuisine is wonderful and the view is immaculate. You enter the restaurant through the casino at the base of the Eiffel Tower. You will then go up a glass elevator which leads you the kitchen where you will be seated. The restaurant provides a wonderful view of the Bellagio fountains and part of the strip. It's dim light and decor can offer an intimate and romantic setting. The food is great, and the prices are what you would expect from a high end restaurant. I would suggest trying the lamb, it is delicious. Although not always necessary, I would suggest making a reservation prior to going. It would be a very good idea to make reservations if you desire a table close to the window This was one Las Vegas restaurant review that was easy because everything was so great!
Le Village Buffet
Located in the Paris casino, I can say that this is one of the best buffets in town. You will be seated in a village-like setting where you can either sit in the town square or smaller dining rooms that look like cottages surrounding the town square. The buffet offers different stations which are themed after five provinces in France. They offer a wide variety of dishes, including different cuts of meat, potatoes, vegetables, and seafood. The desert is good too (try the creme brulee). They also offer a Saturday and Sunday brunch where guests are given complimentary champagne. The price is around $20 per guest and it is a casual setting.
Mon Ami Gabi
Mon Ami Gabi is a French bistro located at the front of the Paris casino. When you are seated, you will have the option of sitting inside or outside. If the weather is nice I suggest sitting outside, because you will have a nice view of the strip and the Bellagio fountains. It is also a good place if you enjoy people watching. The menu consists of a little bit of everything, including chicken, pork, steak, and seafood. I really like their steaks though. They also have an extensive wine list. The food is moderately priced, and it is an upscale casual restaurant.
Le Burger Brasserie
This restaurant is found in the back of Paris right where Paris and Ballys are joined together. This is a Sports Grille that specializes in gourmet burgers. This is just what you need after a big night of partying! Their slogan is "Even our condiments are sexy" which seems a little confusing until you enter the restaurant. The waitresses here look like Victoria's Secret models, and are dressed very similar. The dress is tasteful though and not over the top. The burgers here really are great. You have to try the fries as well. Although it's priced a little high for burgers, it's worth it. I would suggest having a Kobe beef burger as they are very tender. It's a little more expensive (a little under $20) than a regular burger, but it gives you an excuse to try Kobe beef if you've never had it. This was another Las Vegas restaurant review that was easy because everything was so good!
Le Cafe Ile St. Louis
This restaurant is located right by the bank of elevators to your hotel room. They offer an inexpensive dining option. They have a little bit of everything and they're open for long hours. There isn't really anything super special about the place, other than it's convenient. So if you are looking for a simple inexpensive sit-down restaurant this is your place.
