Caesars Palace Las Vegas Restaurant Reviews

Caesars Palace Las Vegas offers a variety of restaurants. The following are Las Vegas restaurant reviews and Las Vegas buffet reviews of those that we have visited.

Mesa Grill

Iron Chef Bobby Flay brings some southwest flair into Caesars Palace with Mesa Grill. Located right next to the sports book, the restaurant is decorated in bright colors and a large open seating area.

When visiting Mesa Grill, we offer one piece of advice...make sure you are hungry when you come in! Everything is so good that you will just keep eating and eating. We have not tried anything in this restaurant that is bad or mediocre.

Bobby Flay uses spices and flavoring brilliantly with all of his dishes. We suggest getting the pork tenderloin, as it offers a taste explosion! While eating, the taste actually changes back and forth between spicy and sweet for a memorable culinary experience.

Although Mesa Grill is a little on the pricey side, it runs about par with what you would expect from a restaurant of this quality. Despite this, the money is definitely worth it! Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill is a must stop while in Las Vegas.

Augustus Cafe

The Augustus Cafe offers a casual dining experience. Located just off of the hotel lobby, there's something for everyone at this nice simple sit down restaurant.

The Augustus Cafe focuses on American cuisine and is open for long hours. We've never had a bad meal here, and the service has always been great. If you're looking for a short break from a busy day, or you're hungry after a long night on the town you can't go wrong with this relatively inexpensive dining option.

Cypress Street Marketplace Food Court

Need a cheap place to grab a quick bite? Well you've found it here in the Cypress Street Marketplace. This food court offers a little bit of everything, including pizza, bar-b-que, burritos, and others. It has a nice picnic like setting for a quick stop during a busy day. This really is one of the nicest food courts in Las Vegas.

Cafe Lago Buffet

The buffet in Caesars palace is located near the pool. Everything about the buffet in our opinion was just descent. Nothing really stood out to us as being great, but nothing was really bad either. If you are a buffet junkie, we'd suggest going across the street to Paris as they have a great buffet. However, if you are really hungry and don't want to travel, the Cafe Lago Buffet isn't a bad option.

Hyakumi

The Hyakumi restaurant is located across from the pirate ship and Shadow Bar in a hallway between the Coliseum and the main gambling pit.

They offer Asian cuisine and sushi. This is your typical Asian themed restaurant. They offer a choice between normal restaurant seating or you can sit at a hibachi where they will cook right in front of you. They also offer a variety of Japanese beer and sake. Overall, this restaurant is good, but nothing really memorable over any other Asian cuisine restaurant. So if you're feeling like some Asian food and you're in Caesars, go ahead and stop in.
