Welcome to the Golden Nugget Pool, Las Vegas' #1 shark-adjacent swimming pool! The pool, aka The Tank, is a $30-million-dollar monstrosity of a Vegas hotel pool featuring, in order of importance, a shark tank, a 3-story waterslide and 13 private cabanas.

Let's start by addressing the subject of sharks. The Golden Nugget pool Las Vegas' 200,000-gallon aquarium houses several species of killer monster sharks. Oh – did we mention the waterslide? Well, did we mention that the waterslide is three stories high and actually goes through the shark tank? Talk about wet 'n' wild!

The three-story pool complex also features waterfalls, an adults-only two-story infinity pool, plush poolside cabanas, a Jacuzzi and a pool bar called the H2O Bar (don't let the name fool you – there's plenty more than water to drink there). With all these amenities and sharks, the Golden Nugget Las Vegas pool has really made a splash on Fremont Street! Why not make a splash there yourself?

Anyone can enjoy the pool, but there are some privileges, like reserving chaise lounges and chairs, that are reserved exclusively for hotel guests. Visit the hotel's website for more information on pool hours, amenities and privileges reserved for adults and hotel guests.

Chaise Lounges at the adults-only pool, The Hideout, can be rented daily for $20, and chairs can be rented for $10. Both privileges are available only to guests of the hotel. Cabanas for both The Tank and The Hideout can be rented for $175 a day Monday to Thursday or $250 a day Friday to Sunday. Daybeds are $50 a day during the week and $100 a day on weekends.

The Jacuzzi, H2O Bar and The Hideout are all open til 2am, so you can get your swim and drink on late into the night.
