Flamingo Hotel Las Vegas

"The Flamingo hotel Las Vegas has a piece of Las Vegas history that everyone should experience."

Flamingio Las Vegas

The Flamingo hotel Las Vegas has a lot of history. The casino was opened in 1946 by Billy Wilkerson, Bugsy Siegel, and other partners. At the time, this was one of the nicest hotels in Las Vegas.

A lot has changed since 1946, but the Flamingo still holds its own. This hotel has lost some of the extravagance it must have had in the 1940s, but it does have lots of great things going for it.

The first thing that you will notice is the pink glow that meets you when you enter the casino. Everything in here is pink, which creates a unique feel.

The casino itself is a fun place to visit. The dealers and pit bosses have always been helpful and entertaining. Also, the drink service is great. We never have a problem getting drinks quickly at the Flamingo. They offer lots of table games including blackjack, craps, mini-baccarat, caribbean stud poker, let it ride poker, roulette, and others. They also have a wide variety of slot machines.

One of the neat things to do in the Flamingo is to check out the pool. It sits on 15 acres and features a waterfall and a seasonal waterslide. They also have the GO pool which is an adult place to hang out where you can rent cabanas and get VIP service.

Flamingo Las Vegas They also have a wildlife habitat. The main attraction is flamingos, which is fitting. They also have swans, turtles, ducks, and koi. They live on islands and streams that are surrounded by foliage and waterfalls.

There is some entertainment here as well. There are shows featuring George Wallace, Donny & Marie, Vinnie Favorito, John Edward, Nathan Burton, or a burlesque show called X Burlesque. Also, you can check out Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville.

What we like most about the Flamingo is its location. Located across the street from Caesars Palace and the Bellagio, its central strip location is perfect walking distance to other places on the strip.

Also, the price is great. If you're looking for a discount hotel in Las Vegas, you can't go wrong here. The rooms are often quite a bit cheaper than the surrounding hotels. You will also save a little cash on things like food and drinks.

Overall, the Flamingo lacks some of the "wow" factor that the super luxurious casinos have. However, it makes up for it with location, price, and a nice traditional feel. The Flamingo hotel Las Vegas is definitely worth checking out.
