Bellagio FountainsThe Bellagio fountains are arguably one of the most popular shows in Las Vegas. The fountains are located in the lake directly in front of the Bellagio. They go off about every 1/2 hour and sometimes every 15 minutes depending on the day and time. They normally start in the afternoon and go until midnight.The show itself is absolutely breathtaking. It is a combination of water jets, music, and lights. It sounds very simple, but once you've seen it, you will appreciate all the effort that went into making it happen. The water and lights correspond with the music perfectly. The great thing about it is they are always changing the music. So it's like seeing a different show over and over in the same place! Another great thing about the fountain show is that it is absolutely free! This is something that everyone goes to Las Vegas should at least see once, if not more.
Cirque du Soleil "O"Cirque du Soleil has many shows in Las Vegas. Their shows involve amazing acrobatic endeavors and music. "O" which is a play on the French word for water, is the only water based Cirque du Soleil show in Las Vegas. If you are a fan of Cirque du Soleil, "O" is a must see.The acrobatic maneuvers are incredible as a team of synchronized swimmers, acrobats, and divers perform above and in a 1.5 million gallon pool. There are 85 performers and roughly 150 stagehands that put the show together on any given night. You will be taken away by their abilities. The show lasts roughly 1 hour 45 minutes and runs Wednesday through Sunday at 7:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Ticket prices range between $107 and $170 per ticket depending on seating.
