Olives Bellagio: An Amazing Meal Paired With An Amazing View

Olives Bellagio

Celebrity chef Todd English's Olives Bellagio is the Vegas version of his world famous Olives restaurant in Boston, and he got some prime real estate for his Sin City location... nestled right next to Lake Bellagio, diners are treated to perfect views of the Fountains of Bellagio show while they enjoy a world class meal. Combining a spectacular menu with gorgeous views has made Olives at the Bellagio one of the most beloved and romantic restaurants in all of Las Vegas.

Olives Bellagio features English's modern interpretation of Mediterranean cuisine, as house-made pastas, steaks, brick oven fired pizzas, and rotisserie dishes are paired with perfect wine choices selected by expert Sommeliers. Diners at Olives at the Bellagio can't go wrong with ordering the spectacular flat-bread pizzas or the unmatched chicken pomodorini, made with spaghetti, roasted garlic, sauteed cherry tomatoes, and fresh feta. But make sure you save room for dessert, as Olives at the Bellagio is perhaps most famous for their molten chocolate cake and vanilla bean souffle, both of which must be ordered at the same time as your main entrees. You might think you're not ready to commit to a dessert before you've tasted your main course, but once you take a bite of either of these signature dessert creations, you'll have no regrets whatsoever.

As good as the food is, the views from the patio are equally spectacular. The restaurant is small and intimate, and patio tables are given away on a first come, first serve basis... so try and get there before or after the dinner rush, and if you have to wait a little longer to dine on the patio, it's definitely worth it. You'll be treated to up close and personal views of the Fountains of Bellagio show while you enjoy some of the best food in town... and if you look at it that way, waiting a little bit longer and putting a little more effort to get a patio table at Olives Bellagio so that you can experience one of the most magical and romantic meals of your life is probably worth it, isn't it?
